Just ordered my Ultra case using the R 1000 voucher. Easy process. Confirmation mail says will be commencing deliveries February 5 so I am assuming all the other goodies are to be released at the same time 💯👍

Received my voucher on the 27th, and my buds and tag yesterday... claimed on the 22nd of Jan....so yes, a little bit of patience is required 😉

Don't be, follow up with them...their communication is not up to standard. Your proof of payment may have been deemed "invalid" and they'll only tell you that two weeks after you made your claim, although you got the congratulatory email.

I received an email yesterday saying that my earbuds will be delivered withing 7 to 14 days. can't wait to use them.
