Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G

My Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g consuming battery very faster and too hot when i use any call messenger or phone call. Anybody knows how can i solve the problem?

Check the POWER MODE options. From. Drop down menu bar, Whether its on "optimized" or higher. If so, change to "optimized "

Hello Asif,
》Please check wheather your software is up-to-date. (Settings > Software update > Download and install.)
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
》Uninstall unwanted apps.
》Add all the irrelevant apps to deep sleeping apps. (Settings > Battery and Device care > Battery > Background usage limits > Put unused apps to sleep/ > 'Deep sleeping apps')
》Optimise your device (Settings > Battery and Device care > Optimise)
》Perform a forced restart. ((Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for 10-15 seconds till phone shows the Samsung logo.)
If nothing solves your issue, activate safe mode and check for the problem.
(Press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen).To exit the safe mode, just restart the device).
