I actually purchased my phone around the time theS21 series was released in 2021, and three days ago, following a software update, I started to see agreen line on my screen. After contacting the service center, I was informed that replacing the display with the frame would cost approximately18,000 (which is confusing because one center mentioned that the display does come with a frame and another said that just the display costs about 10,000, which one can believe to be true), despite the fact that my phone is in perfect condition and hasn't even been dropped. They also mentioned that Samsung requested that we provide this service for free for phones that are under three years old. Why is it that after purchasing a phone in 2021, I have to pay an additional 18,000 in 2024 due to a new software upgrade bug? If not free of charge, they ought to at least calculate the period between the phone's release and the time of the bug's origin. I notice that many of them are complaining since April 2024, and if they purchased it around the beginning of 2021, they will need to shell out this much cash to have it fixed. It appears like this is aSCAM! Even with theGalaxy S series, Samsung doesn't provide any support or value, so I truly lost faith in them.

Requesting Samsung to fix this as soon as possible

That's a scam lol. The service centre will simply say it's not under warranty. And what not if it's under warranty then they are saying it is dropped even if it's not dropped or if it has internal damage when there is no physical damage visible from outside. Whether you have a warranty or not they are hunger for money every time with reasons ready if you don't pay.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
