Galaxy S20 back panel issue

Back panel of galaxy s20 comes out automatically after few months of usage. 

When I checked in service center they said that adhesive tape came off and it costs 700 to fix the tape!! (Why should customers pay for manufacturing defect?)

Premium phone with Premium service charge but the quality is less than poor!! 

I had a very good trust on samsung products. But no more samsung further.

If your phone is some months old, then it must be under warranty. Inform them

I'm going to fix it. Searched in community and found few others also had the same issue with galaxy series. So it's definitely a quality issue. With such poor quality what is the use of ip68 rating.

I had too this problem in s20 plus. I tried to get fix it for free but refused. So i bought solution liquid cost aprox. 200 and used it. Now its fine for 8 months. I will suggest u to do by ownself.

Come on man,why would you risk your flagship device for saving 500 rs? I won't recomend it. A professional can make it waterproof. I doubt an amateur can do it.
