Galaxy S20+ Microphone Issue (Exynos)

Hello,

When either of the two microphones are even partially blocked the sound quality on the other end of a call detoriates drastically. Please look into the matter, thank you!

Facing microphone issue too. other party can't hear anything on calls normally. n when i put my mouth near the mic n shout thn only they can hear, tht too only a little voice.

I have the same problem. What's really interesting is I have returned the product and the new device has the same problem!!

The real problem is at the top microphone. The bottom one works fine but the top one is broken. 

I do not want to change it again. It takes hours to move the data and apps.

when I make voice call through my s20 other party not able to here my voice , if I shout even then other party not able to hear my , sometimes call blank in between calls, samsung support plz help me out to resolve the issue . or should I stop buying samsung phones.
