This may be good news for Korean friends. Samsung has determined to use the Snapdragon 865 processor in the Galaxy S11 series in South Korea.

Battery is going to be bad. QC has taken out LTE modem out of the SoC, and clubbed it together with 5G modem chip.

But it is built on a 7nm, new cortex a77 and also 25% more performance at same power.
Battery will be amazing.

I hope so. I'm no expert in semiconductors but current 5G phones with 855 do the same thing with integrated LTE and they're still a hot mess. Now they're offloading even LTE to that chip, so it'll not shut down even when there's no 5G. In 855, it could be turned off. Whatever was gained through optimisation, could easily be lost by using an external modem. Similar things have happened in past with LTE modems.

Well, we can only speculate. We will know for sure once it's out in real world.
