22 Nisan'da cihazı ekran yanması şikayetiyle servise verdim yedek cihaz verdiler bana (Galaxy A10). Bugün 28 Nisan'da cihazı teslim almaya gittim. Ekran, pil ve anakart değişmişti. Anakarttan şikayetim olmamasına rağmen arıza varmış değişim sağlamışlar. Mağdur etmediler beni cihazı sıfırlamış olduk her türlü. Samsung servis deneyimim gayet iyi
