I updated my Galaxy s10 device  yesterday  and since morning,  screen started flickering  and there is white screen bleed.

Anyone facing  this issue ?

In video which you have uploaded, we cant see the flickring. It may be your display get defected. So kindely visit service center.

the flickering starts after it gets super hot right? And also there is a drop in the resolution. And the issue temporary goes away when you increase the brightness or use the AOD trick.
There is a solution for this,
try using PWMfree it's an apk file.
or give OLED saver a try if you're skeptical about the apk. But out of the two the PWMFREE give the best result.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Adjust the brightness
Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.

 

2. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.
