Galaxy S10+ not yet received android 11

Hi can someone please give me a reason or explanation as to why I haven't yet received the one ui 3.0 android 11 update on my Samsung galaxy S10+ SM-G975U. I Have tried to check for updates in the settings but there are none and I am still on android 10. Its September 2021 now and I haven't yet received it.

See there is 1 way that will just solve ur every problem. But u need a lot of internet and a storage where u can store and a windows pc(windows 10 i know only)
