Galaxy S10+ not yet received android 11

Hi can someone please give me a reason or explanation as to why I haven't yet received the one ui 3.0 android 11 update on my Samsung galaxy S10+ SM-G975U. I Have tried to check for updates in the settings but there are none and I am still on android 10. Its September 2021 now and I haven't yet received it.

CLEAR DATA OF SOFTWARE UPDATE APP[BOTH]

SETTINGS > APPS > CLICK ON 3BARS> ENABLE SHOW SYSTEM APPS > SOFTWARE UPDATE NAMED APP > STORAGE > CLEAR DATA

NOW RESTART[ REBOOT] YOUR DEVICE ONCE

NOW CHECK AGAIN IN SOFTWARE UPDATE
SHOWING OR NOT

IF NOT THEN VISIT SERVICE CENTER AND UPDATE YOUR PHONE'S SOFTWARE

What?? It was released in Dec,2020. Visit service center.

S10+ GOT ONE UI 3.1 IN JANUARY 2021 [OFFICIAL] MAY BE IT GOT EARLIER

I think you should visit the service center, there they will flash android 11 in your S10+

I am keeping that as last resort but if you have any way for me to receive the update without the service center then please do tell🙏

Then you should check in Smart Switch whether the update is available or not. If it's still not available in Smart Switch then service center is the last option.

You seem to be using an US device.
Since its unlocked, you are supposed to receive updates.
You might need to contact samsung for that.
