There were heating and camera issues when running One UI 3 on Galaxy S10 series. Anyhow Samsung resolved the problems now and started to release updates again.
So it's not a problem with you, your device or Samsung Lanka. It's a global problem and now it got resolved. You'll get your One UI 3 update soon.
