Hello Folks!

I bought a factory unlocked device from Verizon and tried a AT&T carrier to check the network connection. It worked fine but from then I am seeing a AT&T logo when I switch off/on the device and not receiving any OTA updates as well. I am currently living in India and couldn't find a way to update my device. Last update happened in Aug 2019 and still running on Android 9. Can someone please help me find a way to update my device. Appreciate your help!

You can try smart switch or do visit service centre

@Ehsank I tried Smart Switch but it says software is upto date. And I visiter the Service centre and they confirmed its not possible to update out if country device.

Find the latest firmware for your phone online and manually update it. Is very easy and takes a few minutes to do.
