I have the new Galaxy S10 lite i want to use Link to windows option but i cant use it. Help me. Even i cant update it. What is the reason?

i have computer not a laptop

Just check your first picture its not connected to internet properly there is fluctuating

And for this work you need to connected via same wifi on both your pc and phone means you can use your Hotspot too if both are connected from different network then this doesn't works.

Does your desktop computer have a WiFi receiver device? Need to connect via same network ie. on same WiFi connection to establish link.

run the app 1st and then plugin or restart both the device
