Galaxy S 20 plus heating issue

I am facing heating issue while charging, using camera, and video calls. I even got a high temp warning for camera App and app closed.

Any suggestions on how to fix it

Same problem here even after restoring software in service center.
They said it's might be motherboards problem They need to open and check.
