I have bought Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra from the market which was a pre booked product with Galaxy Buds Pro 2. Today is the 3rd day but nothing is showing in the benefits tab to redeem. How long does it take for the gift to show so that I can redeem it?

I heard that you have to make a call from it before 27 february because that was the last day for free earbuds.

And login from it on members app with your email and register it here. Before 27 feb. Now that its past that date, i dont think you will get the voucher. Ask samsung helpline and hear what they have to say

How long has it been since you purchased the phone? I talked to the helpline guy today and he said that the option will definitely show within this month. just keep on checking.

Received 3 days before...and booked on a store on 28-01-2024

I guess we have no other option. We just have to wait and see as the Samsung guy told me to do.
