QUICKSTAR IS NOW COMPATIBLE WITH UI3.0/ANDROID11

NOW YOU CAN ADD AM/PM TO THE STATUS BAR CLOCK

 AFTER ANDROID10, IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE QUICK PANEL BUTTON GRID SIZE, NOW IT IS POSSIBLE WITH THE HELP OF GOODLOCK APP/QUICKSTAR

Aint these features, old it was there since December. Quck star was first module to support oneui 3
