Being user of premium mobile. Samsung not evening fixing front camera issue. Were selfie images were not clear and sharp. When they going to fix the issue with front camera
My Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus mobile capturing sharp and clear selfie with best quality.
Were my Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus mobile capturing slightly blur image with polished selfie with average quality.
My rear camera if far better in Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus which capturing top class photos.....
It that only me facing issue with front camera in S9 plus?
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1.Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio. 2.Turn on/off the Auto Flash. 3.Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings). For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report / ask question).
