How to wipe cache partition for S10 Lite  am trying many methods but not  work and am searching in YouTube some videos this also not work 

He says (press power off and long press volume up button and same time press power on button ) but not work Samsung logo is here ( and am connect headset and charger USB cable but not working

For recovery menu you need a PC/LAPTOP or a Type C headphones.

Once you have any of them, Shut down your phone.
Connect your phone to PC or Connect your Type C headphones.

Press and hold Power Button and Vol+ until you see Samsung screen.

When Samsung pops up leave power button but keep holding Vol+.

Then you will see recovery menu.

Clean Cache from there.

Bhai Chill. Just use OTG (WITH A PENDRIVE OR SOMETHING INSERTED IN IT) instead of Data cable/Headphone, and the remaining process is same.
