To assist you in troubleshooting, we recommend the following steps:
Reset Network Settings:
Open the device settings.
Navigate to General.
Select Reset.
Choose Reset Network Settings.
CAUTION: This action deletes all network information, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
Reset All Settings:
Open the device settings.
Go to General or General Management.
Select Reset.
Choose Reset All Settings.
