The free Earbuds 3 are for those who pre-booked their Samsung S25 series. If you did not pre-book your S25 series device, you will not receive free Earbuds 3.

Those who pre-booked the device will automatically receive a redemption voucher in the Samsung Members app. 

 A voucher will appear in the Members app > Benefits > My Vouchers. You will be able to redeem the free earbuds using that voucher.
