Why is the Free memory is always 3.2 GB out of 8 GB? I do not have any memory intensive apps as well as not even a si gle game is installed. I dont even use aocial media apps. I wonder what is occupying so much of memory. Any tips and insights are much appreciated.

Keep your phone optimized on a regular basis,I have 3-4 games installed and decent amount of apps, but my device is still having 4gb ram free..also,restart your phone once or twice in a week,it will also help to clear out cache memory...

Considering you don't have any buggy apps installed, the more RAM is occupied, the more faster your apps will launch. Android's memory management has improved a lot over the time. I would worry less about available free RAM. Rather I would try to find out if there's any background running app with memory leakage (can be understood by unusually high memory consumption). Better not to kill apps all the time, as wakelocks of the app will try to wake the app again, consuming more CPU cycle which results in more battery drain.
