Bought a Samsung S9 directly from Samsung.com/India and the order was even shipped. Suddenly without any intimation or reason the order was cancelled. Samsung does not have a valid explaination as to why it was cancelled. Now the product is no more available and out of stock. Samsung customer care very disappointing with so called executives don't even understand basic English. I do not want any refund.. I want the booked mobile to be delivered. Took to Twitter too but no help.
