Fold 4 release in Pakistan?

Yes definitely fold 4 is a good device and you can prefer it on s22 ultra .. but in case if you like fold or need it otherwise s22 ultra is a good device also

It would be above 5 lacs, telemart is selling it for Rs 529,999 on their website and it is a good update over s22 Ultra in my opinion.
