I am using galaxy S24 ultra one of the premium and flagship phone with loaded features. Samsung has a very good name in the market but it has utterly failed to prevent entry of moisture inside it phone, though samsung claims phone to be water resistant. Huge water droplets are seen inside the camera lens which truly is disgusting for a 1.2lakh phone.
Samsung seriously hasn't taken this problem into consideration till today. I phone has a better water resistant technology compared to samsung.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly visit the service centre and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
You are clearly stating that 1.2lakh worth phone doesn't hold the capability to repel water and I have to again spend and damage the phone to remove droplets of water??
