Hey galaxy, you know how on apple devices we take ultra wide pics with the flash on. Can we get that with the Samsung too. I just got the new Samsung S24 ultra and is it possible for you guys to allow for the flashlight on the ultra wide mode?
I got below explanation. But, yes it's good to have control over the flash when using ultra wide lens.
Explanation: Since the effective distance of the flash is about 1-3 meters and ultra-wide mode is generally used for medium and long-distance shooting. The flash cannot be used effectively so, the system design cannot use the flash when shooting in ultra-wide mode.
Regarding your question about taking ultra-wide pictures with the flash on, currently, Samsung devices do not support using the flashlight while in ultra-wide mode. However, I'll be sure to pass your suggestion along to our development team for consideration in future updates.
