My samsung fit 3 keeps disconnecting from my mobile even though Its a Samsung device. It is so frustrating to reset and pair it again and again.

Restart both devices (Fit 3 + phone).
2. Open Galaxy Wearable → Reset Bluetooth connection.
3. Turn off Battery Optimization for Galaxy Wearable & Samsung Health.
4. Update firmware on both devices.
5. If still disconnecting, Unpair Re-pair the Fit 3.

If you are using Bluetooth older than 5.3, then it gets annoying. Same issue was with me with Samsung A04. I'm using 07 now and working fine.
