I have bought S10 plus on Korea. Most stuff like Samsung Pay and Samsung health and galaxy store are in Korean.
So shall I change firmware from korean to India firmware.
Is that any problem.

no there is no any problem but after that your device schedule with Indian update timing, you will get update when update realise for india !

No it will problem , i think.
indian variant has two sim cards.
but korea variant have only one.
then Korea variant have DMB attena hardware but indian midel doesn't have.
so that only i asked, is there problem to update firmware.
