Galaxy S
If I use any one touch screen off/lock apps (which requires device administrator to be enabled), I can't use my fingerprint to unlock my S7. It says, can't use fingerprint sensor due to security policy. So, can Samsung develop an in house one touch screen off/lock application for its Galaxy range of smartphones which would work with fingerprint unlocking? Think about it, it's a nice feature.

Use double tap app. It has a roundabout solution to this problem. It locks the screen after some time so that the fingerprint can be used. Else use softkey edge panel
