I want to lock an app with finger print without useing the secure folder, like apple's "require touch ID". How can i do that ????

Galaxy SUnfortunately, we do not have a built-in feature to lock individual apps with fingerprint authentication. However, if the app developer supports app locking, you may be able to find this option in the app's settings.
Alternatively, you can use the Secure Folder feature for added security.
