Are you using a screen protector? If so what type of screen protector are you using ? Please make sure to use UV screen protectors that feels like vinyl or rubbery .. that's the only way for the fingerprint sensor to work 100% ... don't use cheap glass or plastic films as they interfere with how the ultra sonic sensor works ...
