Hello Samsung Members Team,

After pause of few days, I am posting and
honestly news is worth it. It's about Samsung Browser!

I have been waiting for Samsung Internet (well, Samsung Browser now!) to hit PC for a long, long time. Back when the beta launched in a few specific countries months ago, I even tried some weird workarounds to force-install it on my machine, but no luck. 😂

So now that it’s officially launched, I immediately installed it on my Windows 11 laptop to see if it lives up to the hype.

The Setup :

Just open following simple link in your existing Browser (Edge, Chrome or Firefox) on PC. Hopefully you will be using that Browser for last time 😉

Just a heads-up for anyone trying it out: the installation involves a few steps because you need to get your Samsung Account fully linked up to unlock the best features. I feel like Samsung could make this onboarding process a little simpler. But once you get through that initial setup, it genuinely brings the missing piece of the Galaxy ecosystem to your desktop.

The biggest win for me is the tabs, bookmarks and history sync. I can be browsing on my S23, sit down at my laptop, and just pick up exactly where I left off. No more emailing links to myself or leaving a dozen tabs open on my phone.

All your bookmarks sync instantly, and having your passwords auto-fill via Samsung Pass/Wallet means you don't really need a third-party password manager anymore. Combined with the cross-device copy and paste we already have, it just makes moving between devices frictionless.

Performance & AI

Another thing I noticed is how light it is. Edge and Chrome usually eat up my laptop's RAM, but Samsung Browser runs incredibly fast and still supports all the popular add-ons I actually need.

Also, I’m someone who doesn't want to spend too much time reading giant walls of text. Combining the browser's built-in Reading Mode with the Galaxy AI webpage summaries is a massive time-saver for my daily routine.

Final Thoughts

I’ve noticed a lot of people eventually stop using the mobile Samsung browser simply because they couldn't sync it with their desktop. Hopefully, this release completely solves that drop-off. I’ve already installed it on my family's PCs to show them the benefits, hoping it spreads by word of mouth.

Honestly, I feel Samsung should push this heavily with ad campaigns across social media to educate users, not just keep it contained within the Members community. People need to know this exists!

Have you guys set it up on your PCs yet? Let me know if you run into any setup hiccups!
