Dear Samsung Team,

I am writing to provide feedback on the recent One UI 7 update, specifically regarding the app drawer customization options. While I appreciate the introduction of new features and improvements, there are a few aspects that I find particularly frustrating and hope you will address in future updates.

1. Horizontal App Drawer Sorting: The inability to sort apps alphabetically in the horizontal app drawer is a significant drawback. The current setup forces users to choose between a vertical layout with alphabetical sorting or a horizontal layout with a chaotic, unsorted arrangement. This limitation makes it difficult to quickly locate and access apps, which is a fundamental aspect of the user experience.

2. Graphical Proportions: The graphical proportions in the horizontal app drawer feel inconsistent and unrefined. The icons and spacing do not align well, leading to a visually unappealing and disjointed appearance. This detracts from the overall aesthetic and usability of the interface.

3. User Experience: The current implementation of the app drawer in One UI 7 feels like a step backward in terms of user experience. The lack of flexibility in customization options, particularly the inability to combine horizontal scrolling with alphabetical sorting, is a significant oversight. I urge you to reconsider this design choice and provide users with more control over their app drawer layout.

I believe that addressing these issues will greatly enhance the user experience and make One UI more enjoyable to use. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and implement the necessary changes in future updates. Specifically, I would like to see the return of the previous essence of One UI 6, which offered a more intuitive and customizable app drawer experience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Btw there is a wayaround to do this.
1. Do the sorting in alphabetical order.
2. Add every app in a single folder.
3. Change the sorting to custom.
4. Delete the folder.

Also agreeing with you, the user experience is reduced after one ui 7 update.
