Feedback for improvement in samsung phone application

Hi Team, 
I am using samsung galaxy s25ultra 512GB mobile. I have suggestion to improve the phone application for better results. What the issue i am facing currently is 1) If one of my contact has multiple phone numbers, when I receive a call or if I dial a call to that contact I won't be able to see to which number recently I have contacted for that user. Even if I go inside and select 3dots to see the history of the call logs for that particular contact I don't see from which number I have received the call or to which number I have dialed recently. This requirement is a basic one I didn't think samsung was lacking this. 2) From the recent dialed list when I click on the contact it will show me the details of the call. But if I want to select a different number to dial for the next time I don't see any option to choose different number for the same contact. Again I need to go to contacts, search for the name of the person and then I need to click on that user to see multiple numbers. Don't you feel the behavior is not that user friendly. Please try to update the phone application accordingly to improve the user experience. Regards, Akash P

Kindly share the log file regarding issues. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I sincerely request you to thoroughly read the content of the message before responding. I have provided specific suggestions for improvement, yet the response I received was a generic request for logs—completely unrelated to the actual input I shared.

It feels as though responses are being sent without actually reviewing the issue at hand, which is both disappointing and frustrating. This kind of approach reflects poorly on the quality of customer support and leaves genuine concerns unaddressed.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
