February Security Update - S9 - India [Solved]

Today is March 4, 2019 and I am still on January Security update. Now that S10 is rolled out, is Samsung expecting me to dump S9? May I know which is the scheduled date for February Security update? 

*I received the update in March for February Security Update. Delayed but worth it.

Seems it was made available only for one country just to show off that they are on pace. pointless.
