Fast charging issue

Sometimes when I connect my s8plus to my original samsung charger it shows almost 6 hours to full charge. And instead of showning fast charging notification it shows cable charging even the fast charging option in the setting turned on. This problem happens only sometimes. Its very frustrating.😑

Yes, few months back only, though cable looks fine visually, but sometimes gets damaged. Try using another onen

in my experience

check ur charging port ( in my device charging port occupied by a small piece of solid dust )

chenge the cable
