Fast Battery Draining

My S20 + Exynos version.. Screen on time has been reduced to avg of 4 Hours.... This is really disappointing. It's also drinking to much of battery in stand by mode too.

Optimise battery usage and stop background battery usage of highly battery usage apps that are draining battery a lot.
Follow the screenshot and do this individually to other apps too.
For an example I took WhatsApp.

After following this step see weather battery draining has reduced or not.
