i want to remove facebook and messenger form my s7. anyone know how can i do this ??plz ,,,, its drain my battery and eat my local data

unintall it.. and disable..

go to settings then choose apps and tap messenger then remove
after that tap Facebook and disable it after that choose more options and tap remove update
