I received the One UI 4.0 update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plusand s10 plus today and thanks to Samsung for that. Loving it!
When the phone updated, I saw the extra dim feature in the buttons on the notification panel but post the update, it disappeared, can't even find it under Accessibility.
It is a genuine bug, please look into it as this is a lovely feature for working with screens late into the night.
