I was trying to buy a new device from Samsung official website and trying to exchange my note 20 for S23 ultra.

But when I was putting IMEI no. on exchange column, It showed phone condition does not meet exchange criteria 

Please fix this ASAP...

Exactly the same thing happened with me today in samsung shop. I am having 2nd thoughts now. I loved the note series. Thats why i spent such a hefty amount so i could get hands on one myself. And now they are avoiding us, the last note users

Better try Amazon, flipkart or even an offline store. Samsung website has become **bleep** lately.
