Exchange device details cannot be found

So, this happened. 

I am trying to pre-order Galaxy note 20 by exchanging my s20 ultra. But when I try to enter my IEMI number, I am getting error message "Exchange device details cannot be found ".

Please help me.

The same with happened with me as well when I tried to book Note 20 ULTRA. In my case it is showing as IMEI is Invalid. Secondly Samsung is only offering exchange on S20 and not on S20 Plus or S20 ULTRA as per there website.

Do not know Bidyut dude , only Samsung knows. Maybe on later date they may add S20 Plus or S20 ULTRA.1 more thing is that Samsung did not launch White color for Note 20 ULTRA. Either way , you can go to Samsung Store in your city for further information.
