Im absolutely 100% agree 👍🏻.. Specially the Camera, processor.. you can't even imagine once you tried S24U on your hand, you will say "HUGE Difference" believe me. 😉

Makes no difference, I'm using both, u cannot see it at all, AI works perfectly fine on S23U and the old chipset. When difference is around 2% there's no point of upgrading. I bought the S24U mainly for AI and how it was promoted, now that the sales got to a certain point, it got released to the S23U, which is good to know that the device can take it.

Also, in terms of AI, the new processor has the capability to give you some features without being connected to Internet. Whereas s23 will rely more on the cloud capability

So when qualcomm announced the gen 3 chip, they mentioned it is capable of AI processing unlike previous generations. However, best way to check what is being done through cloud and what is done through the chip itself is, go to settings and advanced intelligence. You will see the option of process data only on device. After this if you see many functions working on s23 ultra then that means the chip is AI capable. Since I don't have s23, I can't confirm but for s24 following are the features available locally:
