You will have to wait for 72 hours for esim to get activated once you convert your physical sim to esim

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to activate E-sim on your device.
Note: eSIM may not be available depending on the region, carrier, or model.

1. Open Settings and tap Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the eSIM.

2. If you have a QR code provided by your carrier, open Settings, tap Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → Scan the QR code, and then scan the QR code.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
