Error: USB connector connected disconnected

I am using S10 LITE when i connect earphones it shows USB connector connected and instantly chages to disconnected and this happens in loop

My earphones are also not working on my smartphone 

However the earphones work on other smartphones

Might be the charging port issue
Take it to the nearest service center

Not possible because the phone is charging very well

I reverted it to stock version of the usb headset software and it qorked properly

Hi The earphone not supported for your device, S10 lite supports some of the branded headphones only in c type ..kindly check with other branded headphones..

The earphones are the same which came out of the box of smartphone itself
