I rooted my phone for some reasons but when I removed the root...it destroyed mobile cellular network, it only says emergency calls only...I wiped it but still nothing changed what must I do
Have you checked whether you have Fixed Dialing Numbers (FDN) on? I accidentally tapped that once and it only allowed my favourite (?) contacts to be called?
