Edge panel

On my old s9 plus by using edge panel I can easily copy the exact font but on my s23 ultra I tried but I can't copy the font.

Can you confirm if you're talking about the clipboard in the side panels?

On s9 if you are using edge panel crop we can extract the exact emoji and font but on s23u it's not working
