Hello!

If you're having trouble hearing the person on the other end of your phone call, there are a few things to check on your phone that might help.

Ensure that the volume on your device has been set to the highest level during a voice call. You can also try tapping on the speaker to see if this improves the call volume.

During a voice call, press the volume keys, and then tap on the drop down arrow to open the volume settings.

  1. Tap and drag the In-call volume bar to the end to maximise the Call volume settings. If you still cannot hear anything during voice calls, restart your device and then test it again.

  1. Check that you have the latest software version on your device.

  1. Contact your service provider to check the network stability or if there have been any network interruptions in your area.

○ If your service provider confirms that there is currently an issue, you may need to wait until your service provider resolves the current network problems.

○ If your service provider confirms that there are no current issues

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

The callers hear the echo, not me.
That on its own makes it difficult, I keep asking, do you hear an echo or not.
