While using whatsapp call or any app call, other call from mobile numbers (call waiting) earbuds live makes noisy sounds playing ring tone. And if i turnoff the ringing synchronisation on Bluetooth, there no issue .

As per the customer care opinion i did factory reset after that reinstalled the os from service center. Still issue exists.
