I never received an email or anything stating that my claim was successfull. Is there a way to confirm this or is it the same with everyone?

I received an SMS today for delivery of them. I also had to wait but I eventually called their helpline and was wonderfully assisted. For whatever reason the email I had sent with the purchase invoice was not being looked at so the assistant assigned it to the responsible person and said that by the end of the day I would get email confirmation of the approval which I did. This was on Friday, Today is Tuesday and I got an SMS from the courier company for delivery.
