I am using S22 Ultra, from last 4 months and now there are visble dust in all camera even in front cam. I visited the service center they said because you purchase phone online so we will not entertain you. So my advise to everyone try to purchase phone directly from Samsung store because some still living in 18th century.

We would like to express our apologies for any challenges you are facing, and we want to provide some important information that may help clarify the situation.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty for Samsung devices covers only defects that are related to manufacturing and occur within the warranty period, which is typically 1 year from the date of purchase. It is essential to note that any issues or defects that are not directly related to manufacturing, or that occur outside the warranty period, may not be covered under the warranty. We understand that this limitation can be disappointing, and we are here to support you in addressing any concerns you may have.

Water Resistance: We regret to inform you that Samsung devices are not "waterproof." Instead, they are designed to be water-resistant to a specified degree. The level of water resistance can vary depending on the device's model and design. It is crucial to follow the device's guidelines for water resistance and avoid submerging the device beyond its recommended limits to prevent potential damage.

My phone still in warranty and it'd not damaged by water, but there are many dust particles inside camera lens.IMG-20230921-WA0036_1000074478_1696633939.jpg
