Dual whatsapp issue!

Hi friends,

 Recently I have found an issue with the dual whatsapp app. The files are not saved to gallery nor the files. The issue is reported by few of my other friends as well, using other samung models.

Is anyone else facing? is it an issue with samsung models only?

Earlier there were no issues, as files were being automatically saved to the gallery. I doubt it has something to do with accepting the terms which pops everyday wen u open whatsapp.

Many are facing the same issue. Me too on S21 Ultra. Reported same to samsung already.

The same issue in my s20+,  I noticed I can't able to see or share dual WhatsApp files its shows (the file format is not supported) while sending audio messages and using the camera.

Yes last one month I'm facing same issue app is working fine but the files like videos pics docs don't know where it is saving can't able to see in gallery or files like "Dual app---->WhatsApp"
